PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE OF MEETING TO ADOPT FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023/2024 AND
ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 1-2023, THE DISTRICT FEE SCHEDULE OF THE FELTON FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, the 7th of August, 2023, 6:00 p.m. at 131 Kirby Street, Felton, or
the Board of Directors of the Felton Fire Protection District will meet for the purpose of adopting the Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2023/2024 and Ordinance 1-2023, the District fee schedule of said District.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the preliminary budget and draft fee schedule of said District has been adopted and are available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at 131 Kirby Street, Felton, for review by interested persons.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at the time and place above designated for the meeting to adopt the Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2022/2023, and Ordinance 1-2023, the District fee schedule, any person may appear and be heard regarding the Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2022/2023 or Ordinance 1-2023, the District fee schedule.
