Donations: Your chance to support Felton Fire

Donations are now being accepted by the Felton Volunteer Fire Department to support the day-to-day operations of the Felton Fire Protection District. These donations are vitally important right now because of the massive response needed to protect our valley from these unprecedented fires.

For some examples of how the donations would be used include:

• Purchase of bedding and comfort items for firefighters who are staffing the station 24 X 7.
• Purchase of replacement batteries for firefighter radios – they are currently working shifts that last longer than the battery life itself.
• Firefighting equipment, gear and PPE for outfitting additional staffing resources brought in to aid both from outside agencies and retirement.
• Equipment to outfit apparatus brought back into service to provide additional response capabilities.
