All funds for community support are raised through fund raising activities that occur each year, The Activities listed below involve the Felton Volunteer Fire Department for Fund Raising Events.

MAY

Mother’s Day Breakfast

In May on Mother's day from 8am to 12pm, we celebrate Moms with a great breakfast! Check out this Mother’s Day Flyer, print it and share it with friends. This is a great way to support our local Volunteer Fire Department.

Felton Remembers:
Parade and Festival

On Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend, Felton Business Association hosts Felton Remembers Parade and Festival. The parade begins at 10am. The parade route is on Highway 9 from Redwood Drive to Graham Hill Road.

After the parade, there is a festival in the Felton Commons Park. The Felton fire fighters host a hamburger and hot dog BBQ at the festival. The festival features food, music, games and crafts. The festival starts after the parade, approximately 11am and ends at 4pm. There are no admission fees to the parade or festival. AUGUST

Race Through the Redwoods and Pancake Breakfast

On the 3rd Sunday of August, Felton Fire Fighters host a pancake breakfast at the Felton Fire Station. Breakfast is served from 8am to noon. Pancakes, sausage, eggs cooked to order, omelets, juice and coffee are cooked and served by Felton Fire Fighters.

That same morning, the Felton Business Association holds their annual Race Thru the Redwoods. This is a 6K race on the trails in Henry Cowell State Park. Runners are offered a free breakfast as part of their entry fee for the race! For information on the race, contact them at Race Thru the Redwoods.

NOVEMBER

Santa Shelves Craft Faire

November 20 and 21, 2010

Here is the information and Application for the 2010 Craft Faire.

This is Felton's Major Annual Christmas Craft Faire. Craft Makers will be selling excellent gifts. This is definitely an event not to be missed. The Craft Faire lasts from 9am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday, the weekend prior to Thanksgiving at the Felton Fire Station.

Applications for the 2010 event will be mailed out to those currently on the mailing list by mid-August. Those wishing to be added to the list to receive a hard-copy application should Email: ffpdistsect@pacbell.net or call the Fire House to leave a message at 831-335-4422.

Santa's Fire Truck Ride

On Christmas Eve Santa Claus comes around with us on our fire truck to wish everyone a jolly night. So keep your eyes open for Santa to come up your street so you can meet him!
